These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the br345 platform, including the website at br345.app, all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and br345 ("br345", "we", "us", "the Company"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the br345 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

br345 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

The br345 Platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. br345 is strictly prohibited from being used by minors under any circumstances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. br345 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and may request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must register using your own true identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or creating a fictitious identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• Each individual may hold only one br345 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or unintentionally, are subject to closure. Any winnings accumulated through a duplicate account may be voided.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of br345 or any br345 group company.

To use the br345 Platform, you are required to create a single account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not share your account password with any other person. br345 staff will never request your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the email address in the footer of this page.
• br345 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.
• br345 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. br345 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

br345 supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method. br345 reserves the right to adjust limits without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. br345 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. Withdrawal times to bKash and Nagad are generally faster and may complete within minutes in most cases. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer.
• br345 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be made to an account registered in the same name as the br345 account holder.
• br345 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. br345 is not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment providers.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. br345 may hold funds pending investigation if a transaction is flagged as suspicious. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation.

br345 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been met in full.
• br345 welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• br345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error may be removed from your account, and any winnings derived from that bonus may be voided.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software or tools to manipulate game outcomes, or exploiting errors or loopholes in the Platform, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotional offer are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are capped as stated in individual promotion terms unless otherwise specified.
• Promotional offers are available to players in good standing. Players who have a self-exclusion in place, whose accounts are under investigation, or who have outstanding KYC requirements are not eligible to receive or use bonuses.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br345 Platform. br345 will take immediate action, including account suspension and legal referral, against any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or otherwise engage in match-fixing or game manipulation of any kind.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or conduct any other financial activity that is illegal under applicable law. br345 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, offensive, or otherwise objectionable through any feature of the Platform, including customer support communications.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the Platform's source code, backend systems, or game logic. Any such attempt will be treated as a serious breach and referred to law enforcement.

All content on the br345 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of br345 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, modified, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of br345.

The br345 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of br345. Use of any br345 trademark without express written permission is strictly prohibited. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br345 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to the following.

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, game malfunctions, connectivity issues, or any other interruption to service, whether or not such interruption was foreseeable.
• Any losses arising from your decision to gamble, including but not limited to losses from casino games, sports bets, crash games, or any other wagering activity available on the Platform. All gambling involves risk, and br345 does not guarantee any outcome.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including but not limited to payment processing delays or failures by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider.

br345 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the br345 Privacy Policy. br345 uses SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. Player data is never sold to third parties. br345 may share limited data with payment processors and regulatory bodies only where required to process transactions or comply with legal obligations. In the event of any dispute between you and br345, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting br345 support. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels as permitted by applicable law. br345 does not accept liability beyond what is permitted by the governing law applicable to this agreement.
